European Consumer Centre informs that it replies to the correspondence received by e-mail which meets the requirements specified in Article 63(2) of the Act of 14 June 1960 Code of administrative procedures (consolidated text: Dz. U. of 2000, No. 98, item 1071 as amended), which reads as follows:
"A request should include at least an indication of its sender, the sender's address and his/her claim, moreover, it should meet other requirements laid down in specific regulations."

This means that the content of the correspondence sent to the Centre should include at least an indication of:

- the sender (name),
- the address (zip code, city(town), street and house number) of the sender,
- subject matter.

Monday - Friday: 8.30 - 16.30

Telephone advisory service for consumers:

Monday - Friday: 10.00 - 14.00

How to get to the Centre?

from Urysnów (South Warsaw): Get into Subway (direction: Młociny) - get off at Centrum Station - walk on Marszałkowska Street (next take the third turning on the right to the Sienkiewicza Street and then keep going until you get to the UOKIK’s building)

from the Warsaw Central Train Station: Take a public bus number 127 (direction; Bródno- Podgrodzie) - stop: Centrum (first bus stop) - walk straight on Marszałkowska Street (next take the third turning on the right to the Sienkiewicza Street and then keep going until you get to the UOKIK’s building)

from the Warsaw Eastertn Train Station: Take public tram number ZS2 (temporary connection while station is being renovated)
stop: Centrum (8th bus stop) - walk straight on Marszałkowska Street (next take the third turning on the right to the Sienkiewicza Street and then keep going until you get to the UOKIK’s building)

From North Warsaw: Take public bus number 508 (direction: Marymont Subway Station) - stop: Marymont Subway Station - get into the subway (direction: Kabaty) - get off at Świętokrzyska Subway Station, next walk straight on Świętokrzyska Street until the crossing with Powstańców Warszawy Square (there we are in UOKIK’s building)
